Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Any claim for damage, shortage, incorrect product, defect, replacement, or refund must be supported by a continuous and unedited unboxing video.

The video must:

• Begin before opening the package
• Clearly show the shipping label
• Show the sealed package
• Capture the entire opening process
• Clearly show the claimed issue

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

2. Valid Reasons for Review

Claims may be reviewed for:

• Product received damaged in transit
• Wrong item received
• Genuine manufacturing defect
• Missing item in shipment

Approval remains subject to verification.

3. Handcrafted Product Variations

Variations in colour, texture, dimensions, carving, finishing, artwork, or appearance that arise from traditional handcrafting are not defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

4. Clothing Products

No refunds shall be provided for clothing products.

Replacement may be offered only in the following situations:

• Wrong size received
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product received

Approved replacements shall be limited to the same product or an alternative size or colour, subject to stock availability.

5. Metal, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Stone and Heavy Artefacts

Due to the size, weight, value, and nature of these products, all refund, replacement, repair, and return requests shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any claim shall be solely at the discretion of Kuber Kraft after reviewing supporting evidence and circumstances.

For approved returns involving products weighing more than 3 kilograms, the customer shall bear all return shipping, packing, insurance, and transportation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kuber Kraft.

6. Items Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• Products no longer required
• Natural handcrafted variations
• Minor colour differences caused by screen settings
• Damage caused after delivery
• Claims without an unboxing video

7. Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines depend on banking and payment providers.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders paid through online payment methods including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, and other prepaid methods cannot be cancelled after successful payment.

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to approval.

No order may be cancelled once dispatched.

10. Our Right to Cancel

Kuber Kraft reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Logistical limitations

Where applicable, a full refund shall be issued.
