We offer a curated collection of both authentically handcrafted products and precision-made products.

Handcrafted Products

Many of our traditional artifacts, spiritual items, and specialised products are created by independent artisans using traditional techniques. Slight variations in colour, dimensions, texture, carving, finishing, pattern, and appearance may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Standardised Products

Certain products may be machine-made or produced using standardised manufacturing processes. Minor variations in measurements, finishes, stitching, printing, colouring, or manufacturing tolerances may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products. Actual colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing variations.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in INR.

Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kuber Kraft does not store card or banking information.

5. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer upon successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

7. Religious & Spiritual Product Disclaimer

Products sold by Kuber Kraft are intended as cultural, decorative, artistic, religious, or spiritual items.

Kuber Kraft does not guarantee any religious, spiritual, metaphysical, healing, financial, emotional, or personal outcomes arising from the purchase, possession, installation, worship, or use of any product.

All content on the Website including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and product descriptions is owned by Kuber Kraft and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuber Kraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalimpong, West Bengal.
